This is a complete immersion into building developing a whole new relationship with your body and yourself. 

Learn what is keeping you stuck in the cycle of body negativity, body shame or body hatred.  You are not alone.  Every day most women (about 90%) think something negative about their body.  

Over the course of the next 4 weeks, you will do a deep dive into where your own body story started, and gain invaluable tools, tips and strategies to help you overcome the place you are in.  This immersion will increase not only your body image,  but your self esteem and self worth as well.
